Why Penn Residential?

We are a licensed and qualified provider under Pennsylvania DPW’s Office of Developmental Programs. Our

homes serve residents in Allegheny, Fayette and Westmoreland counties in Southwestern Pennsylvania.

Penn Residential was founded in 2011 with the fundamental purpose of bringing together years of experience to accurately identify appropriate placement of individuals with special needs and staff in order to provide a supportive environment that maximizes the quality of life for those in our care.  

Our team of skilled professionals continually collaborates to ensure that we’re delivering quality, creative services that encourages and supports individual growth for each of those that we serve.

At Penn Residential, we realize the importance of family involvement and support. We encourage families to partner with us to develop and implement a plan for their loved ones.

We foresee continued growth with the possible development of individualized, needs-based programming for all of the individuals that we serve.
