Our DSP community is truly the heart and soul of our agency and it is easy to see how our consumers benefit from the care and support you provide on a daily basis. Your patience, compassion, empathy, and willingness to serve all make a profound difference in the lives of those in our care and their circles of support.

You provide an essential service that empowers our consumers to lead full, independent lives. You are also an essential part in the pursuit of their goals, whether it's finding employment, building connections with family and friends, or getting out in the community. It is your efforts and compassionate care that are at the heart of everything we do.

During this special week, we want to make it a point to thank and celebrate you for your dedication and commitment to the individuals in our care. You should be proud of the work you do, because you are truly making a difference. We want to stress that you make everything possible.
