With over five decades of combined experience in developmental disability services, the visionary founders of Penn Residential, Inc.—Clyde, Jeremy, and Bill—established the organization in 2011. Their deep understanding of the industry revealed a critical need for high-quality residential care tailored to children, adolescents, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Motivated by a shared passion for making a lasting difference, they set out to create a model of care that elevates standards and improves the lives of those they serve.
